A Springfield man has been accused by federal prosecutors of attempting to acquire an underage girl to be a "house slave" and perform sex acts.
Officials say Donald Eugene Kerns, 50, advertised on Craigslist seeking a "slave girl to train as house slave" and provided a nude photo of himself. Undercover agents started a conversation with Kerns saying they had a girl in mind and asking about what age he was looking for.
